Site work and new construction of a civil project in Leland, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
For Water Supply and Treatment System Contract 4 Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant The Project consists of the following major items: Complete the construction of five (5) water supply well sites consisting of two (2) deep wells and associated appurtenances per site. Construction of a 4 MGD reverse osmosis water treatment plant including, but not limited to, treatment plant building, two (2) reverse osmosis treatment trains, chemical feed and storage systems, calcite contactor vessels, 1 MG ground storage tank, high service pumps, instrumentation, SCADA system, sitework, roadwork, yard piping, electrical and all associated appurtenances. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
