The City of Placentia invites sealed bids for a project that includes providing labor, materials and equipment for ARHM pavement, cold milling, crack sealing, AC paving, curb and gutters, sidewalks, V-gutters, driveways, signing, striping, marking and pavement legends, adjust to grade utilities, survey makers and monument preservation, traffic control and all other associated work. Questions regarding the bid documents (i.e. plans, specifications, contract documents, bid forms, etc.) will be received by the Engineer up to five working days prior to the bid opening as specified in SECTION A. Questions asked of the Engineer after this time will not be addressed. Bids will not be accepted unless the bidder is placed on the CIPList Plan Holder List. THE AGENCY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY BID OR ALL BIDS AND TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITY OR IRREGULARITY IN ANY BID AND TO TAKE ALL BIDS UNDER ADVISEMENT FOR A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 90 DAYS. ANY CONTRACT AWARDED WILL BE LET TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE BIDDER.
