The Shelby County Board of Education ("SCBE") is soliciting statements of qualifications from professional service providers to develop, implement and manage a comprehensive organizational behavior-based energy conservation program designed to reduce energy consumption for Shelby County Schools. Questions or requests for clarification of technical issues and terms pertaining to this RFQ must be submitted in writing via e-mail to webbw@scsk12.org and received by SCBE no later than 2:00 PM CST on June 8, 2020. SCBE reserves the right to exercise its statutory option to reject any or all proposals and re-advertise for other proposals. SCBE reserves the right to order the said equipment, materials, supplies or services as described within the specifications, and SCBE also reserves the right not to order any items(s) within the specification. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
