This is a CM Multi-Prime project. The scope consists of a new two-story gymnasium facility with two major indoor court spaces with kinesiology, physical education, fitness, instructional labs, and other related support spaces. Includes an aquatics center with competition pool, diving pool and spectator seating. Includes an elevated pedestrian bridge connecting to a future Lot S Parking Structure. Includes a new one-story exhibit and lecture hall facility with division offices, restrooms, and storage. Includes all other related work as further described in the bid and contract documents ("Owner Documents"). Bidders shall review the Owner Documents for more complete information regarding the Project and submission of bids. Bidders shall possess one or more of the following California Contractor's license(s) at the time of the bid deadline in order to perform the work.
