This project is located at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport in the City of Fort Lauderdale, in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, installation of in-pavement and elevated LED Runway Guard Light (RGL) units, surface painted signage, and pavement markings at specific locations approaching the runways at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE). Possession of a Broward County (Florida) General Engineered Construction Builder Contractor (GITS) License and/or one that is appropriately issued by the State of Florida is required for this project. The City reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by the bidder, or if the investigation of such bidder, fails to satisfy the City that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations and to complete the work contemplated. Any or all proposals will be rejected, if there is reason to believe that collusion exists among bidders. A proposal will be considered irregular and may be rejected, if it shows serious omissions, alterations in form, additions not called for, conditions or unauthorized alternates, or irregularities of any kind.
