Notice to proceed will be issued 30 days after contract isexecuted to allow for material procurement.Upon signing and returning the Construction Contract to the Owner for final approval and execution, the Contractor shall, at the Contractors expense, furnish to the Owner a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in a penal sum equal to 100% of the Contract Sum.a Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Sum, Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 50 percent of the Contract Sum
