Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Green River, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 25,500-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Solicitation- 21111, 21017900 DFCM Construction-UDOT New Green River Maintenance Facility-21018900-VBS Construction Project Description: This design-bid-build project includes construction services for a new approximately 15,500 GSF maintenance complex that includes, but is not limited to a maintenance bay, storage bay, materials lab, offices, restroom, break room, wash room, sander rack, dumpster enclosure, and associated site work (asphalt paving, entry gates, perimeter fencing, etc.). The work of the project also includes, but is not limited to demolition of existing buildings (approximately 10,000 GSF), existing sander racks, existing site asphalt, some existing fence, and other landscape items. The Cost Proposal, Bid Bond, and Value Engineering Proposals are to be submitted to DFCM via email at dfcmcontracts@utah.gov no later than 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. DO NOT SUBMIT VIA U3P. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that delivery to DFCM of all submittals is made by the deadlines established by the Project Schedule. The contractor shall comply with and require all of its subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah Question Submission Close Date 11/24/2021 12:00 PM MST
