This project consists of the purchase and installation of a (4) classroom trailer located at 5207 Revere Road in Durham, North Carolina 27713. Scope of work includes sitework, utilities, and trades associated with the installation of a new four classroom modular building. The project also includes the building purchase, delivery and set up. Work under this contract includes light grading, roof drain piping, stormwater retention, sidewalks, fire lane improvements, framed ramps and decks, and underground utilities for sewer, water, power, and communications. Under building work includes plumbing and electrical associated with group toilets and service connections. Exterior building lights. Interior work supporting low voltage systems Minority Business Participation: Bidders shall note that compliance with County of Durham MBE policies and the North Carolina Statute 143-128.2 (c) are required for this project.
