The Complexity Factor for this project is 0.035. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all subconsultants the prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on August 5, 2020 at 9:00 AM at the Region Five/District Eight Office in Collinsville. This project consists of the widening of Interstate 64 from Green Mount Road to 1.1 miles west of IL 158 to accommodate 6 lanes of traffic and bridge repair to S.N. 082-0181 carrying Lincoln Ave over I-64. The scope also includes improving the intersections of the I-64 ramps with Green Mount Road. Phase II engineering services required for this project include preparation of all Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E documents) to widen I-64 to six lanes and upgrade Green Mount Road ramps. This includes roadway and structure plans, maintenance of traffic plans, drainage plans, storm water pollution prevention plan, erosion control plans, traffic signal plans and could include highway signing plans and noise wall plans. The completion date for this contract will be 60 months after authorization to proceed.
