Foothills Elementary School Addition and Renovation White River School District No. 416 Buckley, Washington White River School District No. 416 will receive sealed bids for the work associated with the Foothills Elementary School Project. The project is located at 10621 234th Ave. East, Buckley, WA, 98321. The scope of work includes but is not limited to construction of a new 12,600 square foot classroom addition and renovation of 4,000 square foot of existing kitchen and covered play areas, and on and off site civil work. Part 2 will include a list of HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical subcontractors. It is the sole responsibility of Bidders to deliver their bid to the designated place at the designated times and on the forms provided in the Project Manual. General Contractors and Prime Mechanical and Electrical Contractors may obtain up to two (2) printed sets upon the deposit of a check in the amount of $300.00 for each set, made payable to White River School District No. 416. Deposits will be refunded if printed sets are returned in good condition. Other subcontractors, and those needing additional sets or partial sets may purchase sets at cost (not refundable) from ARC. Costs of delivery or shipping for both full sets and partial sets are additional and are to be paid directly to ARC and are not refundable. Bid Security, must accompany each bid, in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total base bid, made payable to the White River School District No. 416. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for bid opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 calendar days.
