Saving Project...

Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tavares, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for the remodel of a municipal facility.

The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all appurtenances and related to the Work. The Work shall be as follows: Interior Remodeling of the old Police area at Tavares City hall Including HVAC Located on the first floor of the building The City of Tavares reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and/or to accept the bid that in its best judgment will be in the best interest of the City. Bidders are required to submit proposals for the above on the Bid Forms provided. No proposals may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of thirty (30) days. Please provide 3 copies and one digital copy A performance bond on the part of the contractor for 110% of the contract price. A "performance bond" in one executed in connection with a contract to secure fulfillment of all the contractor's obligations under such contract. A payment bond on the part of the contractor for 110% of the contract price. A "payment bond" is one executed in connection with a contract to assure payment as required by law of all persons supplying labor and material in execution of the work provided for in the contract. fully describing the reasons for its inability to comply
