The project includes completely upgrade the existing traffic signal system to add protected westbound and eastbound left-turn signal phases and re-profile the intersection pavement to minimize adverse grade situation. The construction efforts are required for signal pole replacement, traffic signal system adjustment, streetlight pole removal, traffic signal cabinet installation, foundation construction, ADA ramp construction, curb and gutter reconstruction, street paving and resurfacing, driveway reconstruction, irrigation system recovering, fire hydrant relocation, pull box relocation and etc. The bidder is solely responsible for on time submission of their electronic bid.
