The Project consists of the installation of a Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner into approximately 2,600 linear feet (LF) varying from 8-inch to 21-inch gravity sanitary sewer; approximately 3,515 LF of Open Cut Replacement (OCR) varying from 8-inch to 18-inch gravity sanitary sewer; approximately 50 CIPP lateral repairs, approximately 30 Open Cut lateral repairs, approximately 10 Point Repairs, and approximately 375 vertical feet of manhole lining with a polymer or epoxy based liner. The scope of the project will include all necessary labor, tools and equipment required to complete the jobs according to the specifications. The allotted time for construction on the base bid items is 150 calendar days for substantial completion, and 180 days for final completion. An Additive-Alternate is included for CIPP rehabilitation of approximately 1,030 LF of existing Hobas pipe varying from 36-inch to 54-inch. The scope of the project will include all necessary labor, tools and equipment required to complete the jobs according to the specifications. The allotted time for construction on the Additive-Alternate is 60 calendar days for substantial completion, and 90 days for final completion. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
