The Scope of Work Includes Construction of Approximately 65 Linear Feet of 6-inch and 8-inch Drain, Approximately 75 Linear Feet of 10-inch and 12-inch Drain, 13 Catch Basins, 1 Drain Manhole, 2 Catch Basin With Offset Sump, 1 Gutter Inlet and 1 Yard Drain, 11,950 Square Feet of Concrete Sidewalk, 9 Concrete Sidewalk Ramps, 2,250 Linear Feet of Monolithic Curbing, 830 Linear Feet of Bituminous Curbing and 7,090 Square Yards of Milling and Overlay. The Project Consists of Base Bid, Alternate 1 and Alternate Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Cash, Certified Check, Treasurer's or Cashier's Check Payable to the Owner, is Required in the Amount of Five Percent of the Bid, in Accordance With Section 00200, Instructions to Bidders.
