Saving Project...

Renovation and addition to an office development in Holmdel, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a office development; and for the renovation of a office development.

Phase 2 consists of three projects, Building 10, Building 12 and Building 13. Building 10 is the full renovation of the Live Nation office building which is 2560 square foot single story structure. Trades included but not limited to are selective demolition, universal waste, concrete, carpentry/drywall, roofing, metal roof panels, tile work, carpeting, casework, window treatments, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Building 12 is the replacement of the existing fire protection system which is comprised of dry pipe and a clean agent systems. Trades include, fire protection, painting and electrical. Note that fire protection contractors are to include removal of the existing systems and that due to structural limitation, scissor lifts are not permitted on the Amphitheater stage. Building 13 is the addition of a new fire pump. The PNC Bank Arts Center Improvements Project Phase Two is comprised of Project 10; renovation of the Live Nation office building, Project 12; replacement ofnthe existing fire protection system and Project 13; addition of a fire pump Trades include concrete, fire protection and electrical. Note the underground piping is existing. The PNC Bank Arts Center is a publically owned facility, therefore contractors submitting bids are required to hold a New Jersey Public Works Certificate and Business Registration. Proposals are to contain separate pricing for each building project.
