The work includes, but is not limited to: Inspect, clean, and remove all sediment accumulated at the City's eight (8) water storage facilities.Implement Best Management Practices (BMPs) for discharge of water generated from Tank cleaning operations to existing storm drain facilities.Clean the storage facilities and remove all sediment accumulated on the facility floors, walls, and columns.Remove and replace the cathodic protection reference probe from inside the tank, if applicable.Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the facilities.Implement measures to de-water sediments to less than 50% moisture and no free liquid.Certify de-watered sediments as non-hazardous per specified methods and analysis.Off-haul, removal, and legaldisposal of sediment.Site cleanup There will be no Pre-Bid site visit. Cash, cashiers check or certified check, payable to the order of the City of San Bruno, of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, or a bond in said amount payable to the City of San Bruno and signed by the Bidder and a corporate surety shall accompany the bid. The City reserves the right to: (1) reject any or all bids; (2) waive inconsequential defects or minor irregularities in the bid documents or minor variances from the bid specification; and (3) correct arithmetic errors on the bid schedule
