Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate Construction of a 1-Story fire sub-station with a steel and wood structure and split faced masonry, face brick and cementitious panel siding. Interior spaces consist of a decontamination room, S.C.B.A. Room, firefighter dormitory rooms, a day-room & kitchen, apparatus bays with training props and mezzanine, totaling approximately 11,800 square feet. The work will also include demolition and removal of two existing buildings including but not limited building materials, foundations, utilities, and surface improvements. Additionally site upgrades including but not limited to the installation of a new septic system and tight tank for the apparatus bay floor drains.
