This project involves analysis of design and construction of needed improvements. The Country Club Culvert Storm Drainage Improvement Project (SDIP) is in the 3000 block of Country Club Drive. Shamrock Gardens Elementary School is on the northern upstream side of the culvert and The Charlotte Country Club is on the southern downstream end of the culvert. The project supports Beckwith Meadow SDIP and Shamrock Drive Street Improvements and the improvements will include culvert replacement. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000. COVID-19 WORKFORCE SAFETY PLAN: Bidders must adhere by the guidance set by the COVID-19 Workforce Safety Plan in Section 00 40 00 - BID FORMS AND SUPPLIMENTS and sign the agreement and submit with the bids.
