The project consists of design-build renovating a portion of City Hall, restrooms, and one ADA compliant restroom. Question End Date 7/1/2020 5:00 PM. Insurance Required: Yes. Bid Bond: No. Pre-bid/proposal Conference: None. The purpose of this project is to provide services for a design-build renovation of City Hall, generally consisting of drywall, paint, removal of a window and replace with glass block transom window, ADA compliant restroom. The facility is located at City Hall, 1 South Central Avenue, Umatilla, Florida. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all services for the design, permitting, site preparation, and construction. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and all else necessary for the design, permitting, layout, and construction including electrical work, concrete work as necessary to complete the project per the specifications and conditions of the base bid and alternate.
