The Project Consists of Demolition of 2 Existing Buildings for a New Mixed-use Project Consisting of 4 Stories of Wood Frame Over a Podium. The New Building Will Include a Level 1 Parking Garage, Leasing/common Areas, and a Day Care. Levels 2-5 Are to Be Used for 124 Apartment Units. Scope of Work Includes Demolition, Site Grading, Building and Site Concrete, and New Interior Finishes Including Acoustical Ceilings, Metal Stud Framing, Cabinets/countertops, Doors/frames/hardware, Windows and Storefront Doors, Wall Coverings and Other Specialty Wall Finishes, Toilet Accessories, Mep Systems, Fire Sprinklers.
