Site work and new construction of a military facility in Saguenay, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 324,000-square-foot, six-story above grade military facility.
Construction of a new facility located at 3-Wing Bagotville in Quebec's Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. The facility will cover over 30,000 sq m and provide space for daily operations, aircraft maintenance, administration, mission planning and simulator training. It will also include operational headquarters for personnel, security, training and information technology as well as support spaces that will ensure long-term maintenance and operational capabilities. The new facility are being designed and constructed to be net-zero carbon and to meet LEED Silver standards. TIMELINE: Sub packages are being issued sequentially.
