County Pennington Project Location I-190S in Rapid City Type of Work Retaining Wall on 190 Area Office Rapid City A bid bond will not be required. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond in the total amount of the contract prior to beginning work on the project as per section 3.5 of the Standard Specifications. Pursuant to South Dakota Administrative Rules 70:07:02, Classification and Bidding Capacity Rating for Highway Contracts, and Section 2.1 of the SDDOT Standard Specifications For Road and Bridges, all bidders on highway construction projects over $200,000.00 shall be pre-qualified.
