As of August 11 , 2020 project was awarded to Verslues Construction amlunt of $59,000. Start date not determined but estimate mid September. For Exterior Restoration Project - Osage County Courthouse The project consists of improvements at the main entrance on the south façade of the building. Improvements will include a new membrane roof on the entrance canopy, masonry restoration, plaster ceiling repair and painting, brick paver repair and other items. Due to the proximity to the adjacent street there will need to be coordination with MoDOT. All work will be bid under a single contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. Wage Determination: Annual Wage Order No. 26 for Osage County. The Annual Wage Orders have been issued by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards. Copies of the Wage Orders will be included in the Bidding documents. Note: The estimated cost of this project is projected to be under $75,000, therefore Prevailing Wage should not apply.
