Site work for a water / sewer project in Cortland, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 8/5/2020 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. The Work consists of providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work as shown on the Drawings and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: installation of a 670-linearfoot 30-inch water main loop to lengthen the route of the public water system at the Lime Hollow Road well site, replacement of a 250-linear foot 8-inch sewer and 4-foot diameter manhole at Hillside Drive, and installation of 585-linearfoot 8-inch water main to connect Blue Creek Road and Fisher Ave watermains along Rt. 281 primarily using horizontal directional drilling methods.; erosion and sediment control; and complete site restoration. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. Due to COVID-19 and current NYS Executive Orders, the Drawings and Specifications may be examined at the Town of Cortlandville Town Hall, 3577 Terrace Road, Cortland, NY 13045 BY Appointment Only.
