Renovation of a municipal facility in Lincolns New Salem, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All bidders are advised that the law concerning Federal prevailing wage rates issued by the U.S. Department of Labor under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts must be complied with. Work shall include the replacement of the existing trash compactor, installation of new security cameras and associated work at selected locations and the replacement of the make-up air roof top unit and all associated work at the Logan Court High Rise Apartments located in Lincoln, IL. All work shall be bid under one prime contract. Contractors are to contact Allied Design Consultants, Inc. to obtain the bid documents for this project.
