Engineering services to include budget/scopes of work/cost estimates for the preparation of the General Land Office (GLO) CDBG-MIT application(s) for funding flood mitigation projects and planning for future flood events and the subsequent preliminary and final design plans, bid documents, and necessary interim and final inspections required by the City for the implementation of the GLO project(s) if the City is awarded a GLO contract(s) Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
