Scope of Work: the project includes, but is not limited to, installation of kayak launches and information kiosks, along with site improvements, at three (3) locations: Kremer Marine, Gulfport Lake, and Handsboro Park. All questions must be submitted in writing; telephonic inquiries will not be considered. The City is Not responsible for bids which are mailed to the wrong address or which arrive in the mail after the designated bid opening time. Each bidder must deposit his bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of the conditions in the contract. The project will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. However, the City of Gulfport reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality.
