Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elgin, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The City of Elgin invites bids for renovation of Lords Playground Park. The proposed improvement includes removal of existing playground and surfacing, concrete paving, curb and stairs with handrails, playground safety surfacing, underdrainage and all other appurtenant work and materials necessary to complete the project. This is an Illinois Prevailing Wage Project. All winning bidders must comply with the Elgin Responsible Bidders Ordinance and Elgin Residency Ordinance. A 10% bid bond is required in the City of Elgin Purchasing Department no later than July 8, 2020 at 12 noon.
