Site work for a transportation facility in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

As of September 9, 2020, this project has been awarded. All trades have been let. Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary for Wildlife Exclusion Perimeter Fence at the Elizabethtown Regional Airport. Each sealed proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond, in a sum that is not less than five (5) percent of the aggregate amount of bid, payable to the Elizabethtown Airport Board. The successful bidder will be required to execute Contract and to provide Contract Surety in an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the bid amount for performance, and a bond in the amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the bid amount guaranteeing the payment of all labor, materials, etc. This project is subject to the requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation. The owner has established a contract goal of DBE GOAL 5.7% participation for small business concerns owned and controlled by qualified disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). The bidder shall make and document good faith efforts, as defined in Appendix A of 49 CFR Part 26, to meet the established goal.
