(Lots 5 Through 8, Block C, and Lots 113 Through 117, Block D) From the South Line of Sheriac, South to and Including the Cul-de-sac, Wellcrest Ct. (Lots 134 Through 140, 158 Through 164, Block E) From the East Line of Wellcrest to the East Line of Lot 140, Block E, Ciderbluff Ct. (Lots 16 Through 27, Block E), From the West Line of Ciderbluff West to and Including the Cul-de-sac to Serve Pike Addition Phase 2 Note: Bidder Shall Affix the Following Project Number to the Bid Envelope 472-2020-085605 Attention All Bidders: a Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid or an Annual Bid Bond is Required Prior to Bid Opening. See Section 102.3 of the City of Wichita Standard Specifications for Further Information. Bidders Are Advised to Contact the Office of the City Engineer (316-268- 4501) Should They Have Any Questions or Concerns About the Plans, Special or Supplemental Provisions, Minority Status, or the Proper Preparation of the Bid Document.
