The location and description of the proposed work are as follows: The proposed project is located in Mohave County, on SR 95 from MP 237.9 at the intersection of Aztec Road to MP 241.0 at the intersection of Bullhead City Parkway. The proposed work consists of constructing raised medians, applying pavement markings, signing, and related work. The time allowed for the completion of the work included in this contract will be 115 working days. The Arizona Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252.42 U.S.C. 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The minimum contract-specified goal for participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in the work, as a percentage of the total amount bid, shall be 13.41.
