A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** General Construction Contract: The General Work Contract includes all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the Pool Finish Replacement & Main Drain Renovations at Keewaydin State Park as indicated in the drawings and specifications for Contract #D005730 or "GC" including but not limited to: All Swimming pool demo work including but not limited to: Demo & remove existing pvc liner including all racing lane markers, wall target markers, stair edge markers, and pool wall-mounted depth markers. Demo & remove existing main drain (1) and surrounding concrete. Demo & remove pool expansion joints. Remove & store existing cross braced ladders, stair rails and ADA lift. Demo & remove existing grip stripes on gutter. All Swimming pool construction work including but not limited to: Apply new interior surface to existing main drain piping via pipe lining. Clean existing interior piping. Provide & install (2) new main drains and connect to existing main drain piping. Replace and refinish removed concrete pool shell for main drain installation. Repair existing pool concrete shell as needed (crack and spall repairs) and prepare for new liner installation (grinding, hydroblasting, etc.). Provide & install new pool expansion joints. Provide & install new 60 mil pvc pool liner along with all liner terminations, vents, stair nosing, etc. Provide & install new depth divider line gutter mounts and reinstall existing depth divider lines. Reinstall existing ADA lift. Reinstall existing cross braced ladders & stair rails. Provide & install (3) new stair rails to meet ADA accessibility. Provide & install new pool wall-mounted depth markers. Provide & install new grip stripes on gutter. No work may commence until after September 7, 2020. Pool must be operational by June 1, 2021. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $25,000.00, Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars & 00/100.
