Construction of a cold storage facility with capacity between 5,000 to 7,000 pallets at the Corner Brook Port. The facility will utilize the existing transit shed which is approximately 2,275 m2 and include an extension to the existing building. The area available for the extension is approximately 90 m by 35 m. TIMELINE: Owner has decided not to proceed with this project. Coverage of this report is dsicontinued.
