Renovation of a detention facility in Lisbon, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of 10% of the bid, meeting the requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code or acceptable alternative. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Certificate of Liability Insurance, Certificate of Workers Compensation Insurance and combined Performance Bond and Labor/Materials Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Facility Governance Board of Eastern Ohio Correction Center reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding and to enter into contract with the bidder who, in the Board's opinion offers the lowest and best bid. The work includes providing the necessary labor and materials, and equipment for the Reroofing project.
