Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Excavating, backfilling, shaping, grading and compacting all areas as required to produce required finish grades, slopes and paved surfaces as per the contract drawings. .2 Supply and placement of culvert pipes to be installed including bedding, backfilling, excavation, dewatering as indicated on the contract drawings. .3 Supply and placement of random riprap and geotextile as per the contract drawings. .4 Supply and placement of crushed rock base and asphalt as per the contract drawings. .5 Landscaping works including supply and placement of topsoil and hydraulic seeding in disturbed areas. .6 Supply, placement and maintenance of the erosion control structures as per the contract drawings. .7 Grinding of the concrete curb as per the contract drawings. .8 All other work shown on the contract drawings and necessary to perform the work. Contractors are reminded that they must receive tender documents for bidding purposes from the office of Construction Tendering - Buildings (Division), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fredericton NB, 506-453-2706. Only those tenders submitted by bidders listed as having received tender documents from the Central Tendering - Buildings Division office shall be considered.
