Engineering and Architectural Services PURPOSE: Conduct Engineering and Architectural Services for the EAWSD water utility under the supervision and direction of the EAWSD General Manager, including services for Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs), and task-defined services for support of utility maintenance, operations, replacements, and additions. Services shall include: planning, evaluating design options, designing, engineering, preparing construction RFBs and evaluating bids, project management support, construction oversight and inspection, day-to-day consulting services, and utility support tasks. The purpose of this proposal is to award a contract for these services effective November 6, 2020. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
