Of 6-inch Thru 10-inch Gravity Sewer Line Using Pipe Bursting Methods. 4. Renovation of Approximately 22,060 L.f. Of 6-inch Thru 18-inch Gravity Sewer Line Using Cipp Methods. 5. Installation of Approximately 5,405 L.f. Of 8-inch Thru 18-inch Gravity Sewer Line Using Open Trench Methods. 6. Installation of Approximately 160 L.f. Of 12-inch Gravity Sewer Carrier Pipe Inside 24-inch Casing Pipe Installed by Bore and Jack Methods. 7. Approximately 5 Trenchless Point Repairs. 8. Approximately 22 Open Cut Point Repairs. 9. Cleaning and Cctv of Approximately 5,120 L.f. Of Sewer Service Laterals. 10. Replacement of Approximately 340 Excavated Sewer Service Connections. 11. Replacement of Approximately 15 Trenchless Sewer Service Connections. 12. Replacement of Approximately 14 Existing Manholes. 13. Renovation of Approximately 847 Vertical Feet of Existing Manholes. 14. Installation of Approximately 12 New Precast Manholes. 15. Installation of Approximately 4,560 L.f. Of 4-inch Sewer Laterals. 16. Installation of Approximately 192 Clean Out Assemblies. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Shall Submit Proof of Qualifications to Perform the Work as Described in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders Must Be Licensed General Contractors as Required by the Contractor Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and Qualified for the Type of Construction Being Bid Upon. No Bid May Be Withdrawn Within 60 Calendar Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipts of Bids. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality or to Reject Any or All Bids. This Project is Expected to Be Funded in Whole or in Part With Funds Provided by the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Utilities Service. The Goals and Timetables for Minority and Female Participation, Expressed in Percentage Terms for the Contractors Aggregate Workforce in Each Trade on All Construction Work in the Covered Area, Are as Follows: Goals for Minority Participation for Each Trade = 12 % Section 746 of Title Vii of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division a - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and Subsequent Statutes Mandating Domestic Preference Applies an American Iron and Steel Requirement to This Project. All Listed Iron and Steel Products Used in This Project Must Be Produced in the United States. The Term Iron and Steel Productsmeans the Following Products Made Primarily of Iron or Steel: Lined or Unlined Pipes and Fittings, Manhole Covers and Other Municipal Castings, Hydrants, Tanks, Flanges, Pipe Clamps and Restraints, Valves, Structural Steel, Reinforced Precast Concrete, and Construction Materials.
