Renovation of a mixed-use development in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and educational facility.
As of July 7, 2020, the bid date of July 21 and the site-visit have both been postponed until further notice.* *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis. The project scope involves the selective demolition of existing interior partitions, finishes, and electrical/mechanical distribution for a portion of the Bluford Library basement level. The space will then be renovated with new partitions and finishes, and existing electrical and mechanical will be modified for the new layout You can also contact the designer at EVOKE Studio Architecture 919-495-6059 teri@evokestudio.com during normal office hours after June 25, 2020. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. North Carolina A&T State 68 University has a 30 percent (30%) participation goal. The contractor shall commence work to be performed under this contract on the date 86 specified in the notice to proceed from the designer/owner and shall fully complete all 87 work within 90 consecutive calendar days. For each day in excess of the above number of days, the contractor shall pay the owner 90 the amount of five hundred dollars ($ 500) per consecutive calendar day as liquidated 91 damages to cover the losses to be incurred by the owner should the contractor fail to 92 complete the work within the time specified
