Furnishing all labor, materials, except for those materials supplied by the District as set forth equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as Randall-Bold WTP Chemical Storage Improvements according to drawings and specifications as prepared by the Contra Costa Water District and according to the Contract Documents. The Work includes, but is not limited to, removing an existing chemical storage tank; demolishing concrete supports for existing tanks; removing pipe supports, piping, valves, and fittings; abandoning existing load cell instruments in-place; disposing of removed materials and equipment unless otherwise specified; furnishing and installing chemical storage tanks, liquid oxygen storage system and vaporizers, conduit, conductors, control equipment or panels, instrumentation, pipe supports, piping, fittings, and valves; modifying existing power and control panels; repurposing existing conduit and conductors; constructing concrete tank supports; retrofitting tank saddles and concrete supports for improved anchorage; testing, startup, and commissioning of new equipment; and providing training to District staff for new equipment. The Work also includes the additional Work described in Bid Item 3, but only if and to the extent specifically authorized in writing by the Construction Administrator. The location of the project site is Randall-Bold Water Treatment Plant, 3760 Neroly Road, Oakley, California.
