The project will consist of a soft surface pedestrian walking trail within Connally Nature Park and a paved trail connection through the Georgia Power Easement between Connally Nature Park and Headland Drive. The City has made a determination that a Pre-Proposal Conference is not required in order for a Prospective Provider to submit a valid, knowledgeable response. Background The City of East Point Parks and Recreation Department provides a variety of recreation, leisure, and cultural activities for the community. We are home to twenty three (23) parks, a recreation center, playgrounds, tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball courts, and trails.
