The Government has a NEW Requirement for a Wet Utilities Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality Contract (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) forWet Utilities projects and related services valued between $2,000 and $2,000,000 for the Naval Research and Development Establishment(NRDE) supported Commands at the for the Chesapeake Bay Detachment, Naval Research Laboratory (Washington DC), and Naval WarfareCenter Carderock, MD locations.The solicitation w ill result in a single aw ard of a Wet Utilities IDIQ JOC contract. The period of performance is for a one (1) year base, and four(4) 1-year option periods. The estimated maximum value for all periods is $20M. This procurement is 100% set-aside for eligible 8(a) SmallDisadvantaged businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 237110 - Water and Sew er Line and RelatedStructures Construction w ith a size standard of $39.5M.Proposals are due electronically no later than 10:00 am EST on 7 January 2022.
