Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). This is a prevailing wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for each contract. The work for which bids are being accepted for the Base Bid consists of the rehabilitation of nearly 3,700 linear feet of 8 and 18-in diameter sanitary sewer and nearly 250 vertical feet of manhole rehabilitation. The Completion of all work shall be 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
