Renovation of a water / sewer project in Deer Park, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Interior and exterior renovations of a 500,000 gallon elevated water storage tank. Bid Bonds satisfactory to the City Council, payable to the City for at least 10% of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds within ten (10) days after the notice of award of contract to him. The requirement for a performance and payment bond will be waived if the successful bidder's total bid amount on the project in under $100,000.00, and if no partial payment will be required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts of bids to waive any and all technicalities, and to accept any bid, or part of bid, which it deems advantageous to itself. Contracts for work under the proposal will obligate the contractors and subcontractors not to discriminate in the employment practices.
