Lower Makefield Township is soliciting sealed bids online via the PennBid program for Contract SWR 20-1 Sanitary Sewer Main Cured In Place Pipe Liner Project located in the Neshaminy Service Area and the Morrisville Municipal Authority (MMA) Service Area within Lower Makefield Township. The work includes installation of approximately 4,307 LF of trenchless cured in place pipe (CIPP) pipe liner for twelve (12) and ten (10) inch gravity sanitary sewers, cleaning, video televising, and grouting of sanitary sewer mains. Sanitary laterals are to be televised and determined which are active and non active laterals, all active laterals are to receive installation of CIPP liner (up to four feet) and grouting if required. All work is in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, as provided for in the bid documents. Clarification Deadline: 7/22/2020 11:59 PM Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 10% Maintenance Bond and Contractor's Insurance are included in the Contract Documents. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Lower Makefield Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such award as appears most advantageous to the Township.
