Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

In general the work consists of: demolition of existing showers constructed of CMU walls that have been finished with ceramic tile walls and floor. Remove existing showers and floor drains. Shower stalls to be reconstructed with CMU partitions and stainless steel shower enclosures for non-accessible stalls. Accessible showers to be reconstructed with CMU walls finished with solid surface material and tile floors.
