Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,000-square-foot municipal facility; 5,000-square-foot municipal facility; and 12,800-square-foot municipal facility.
Jefferson County's Quorum Court is mulling a public-private partnership (P3) to construct a new coroner's office, county health division, and veterans affairs office. It includes construction of a 9,000-square-foot coroner's office near the county's juvenile justice center. They also are considering plans to build a 5,000-square-foot veterans service office near the county courthouse and a 12,800-square-foot facility to house the county's health unit near a regional medical center. Per the owner, as of January 11, 2022, construction on this project started in mid-2021. The owner was not able to provide information on the architect or general contractor.
