Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Santa Ynez, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

*This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis. This Project was originally Scheduled on bid 7/6/2020. Now Bid date changed from 6/31/2020. Provide electrical code upgrades based on Appendix A, the drawings and an approved scope list developed out of site survey and code analysis performed by the Contractor. The CONTRACTOR shall possess a Class C-10 license. Last Day to Submit RFI's June 29, 2020 All questions should be addressed to the Preconstruction Manager, Eric Wennstrom, General Services, (831)295-0031 or eric@studio151corp.com Pursuant to Section 22300 of the Public Contract Code and the project specifications, the CONTRACTOR may substitute securities or request that the County make payment of retentions to an escrow agent for any money held by the Owner to ensure contract performance. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code, the CONTRACTOR shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. A copy of the prevailing rate of per diem wages is on file at the General Services Department. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4104 of the California Public Contracting Code a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in Section 4104, unless currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5 California Labor Code. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof The OWNER reserves the right to select any one or any combination of bids, whichever is in the best interest of the OWNER. The successful CONTRACTOR (after receiving the Notice to Proceed) shall have 90 calendar days to complete all work called for under the Contract Documents. The liquidated damages will be $500 Dollars per day for project delays that are determined to be attributable to the CONTRACTOR.
