Asbestos abatement and renovation of a municipal facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The Catholic Charities project involves providing a packaged gas engine generator system, automatic transfer switches, and associated electrical system distribution. Structural work involved is associated with the gas generator on the roof. Natural gas piping and accessories, plumbing connections to equipment will be furnished under the electrical work. Plumbing systems, fixtures, devices and equipment including gas booster pump and backwater valve. Roof work is associated with the generator on the roof. Any excavation or back filling associated with plumbing and electrical work. Associated asbestos abatement, mold remediation and disposal of hazardous and universal waste. Minority Owned:18 Women Owned:12 Service Disabled Veteran Owned:6 Contract Terms October 22, 2021 Construction Cost estimate for this work is $900,000 to $1,400,000.
