Site work for a water / sewer project in Gainesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
IFB SA 2019 Braemar Water Storage Tank - Rehabilitation and Hoadly Water Storage Tank - Fill Pipe Replacement. Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the Construction of braemar water storage tank - rehabilitation and Hoadly water storage tank - fill pipe replacement. The work includes, But is not limited to the following: Mobilization Replacement of twenty (20) feet of Interior Wet ladder. Stainless steel cable fall protection assemblies. Interior and exterior pit and surface repairs. Concrete and grout repair on exterior tank base. Waste management. Interior dry surface power tool clean, surface preparation, and coatings. Interior wet surfaces abrasive blast and coatings. Exterior surfaces high pressure water clean and coatings. Exterior steel anti-graffiti coating on first ten (10) feet of tank side wall. Interested Bidders and Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Pleas of ignorance of any conditions existing on the work-site, or difficulties encountered in the execution of the Work, or as a result of failure to make necessary investigations and examinations, will not be accepted as an excuse for any failure or omission on the part of any Bidder to properly fulfill the requirements set forth in the Contract Documents. Submit questions, in written form only, to Purchasing Manager at purchasinggroupemail@pwcsa.org no later than 12:00 PM EST, JULY 15, 2020. The subject line of the email request for questions should read as follows: "Questions-[Solicitation NumberSolicitation Title]"
