This project consists of the following elements of work: traffic control; erosion and sediment control; demolition of existing underground utilities, pavement and concrete foundations and any remaining demolition debris from the Riverbend mobile home site; excavate, construct and backfill new buried setback revetment in two locations; construct new access road, Cedar River Trail repaving, site stabilization and hydroseeding. Written questions must be submitted no later than the close of business the Friday before the bid opening. Bidders must understand the requirements of SMC 14.16 and RCW 49.46 and demonstrate compliance prior to Award. No pre-bid site inspection has been scheduled for this Project. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Natural Habitat Restoration type of project with a Past Performance of 16% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
